Today I start my preparation for a 7 day water fast, which starts on Tuesday Nov. 18th, then I will break it on the 8th day.....Nov. 25th... and then I attend a 10 day meditation retreat in Barrie....Nov 26 till Dec 07. During this time I will not run....which is going to be so hard in itself, but this is something I really want to do. Strength training at the gym.....back and legs. |
