TM....progressive run....started at 8.0 minutes per mile and progressed to 6.40 minutes per mile. I noticed how much more difficult it is to run a 6.40 minute pace on the tread mill, while I ran that pace for 6.0 miles on Sunday outside and it didn't feel that difficult. The tread mill must be faster I think. Ran a total of 6.0 miles and a 0.25 mile cool down. Strength training....arms and abs.
